Using the roller

Massage the different areas of your face to relax facial muscles and tone the skin. Apply your serum or cream before or after for a smoother glide. The large roller is used for large areas, the small one for more restricted areas (eye contour).

Using the Gua Sha

The gua sha has 3 sides: convex, concave, and heart-shaped. Start with the neck using the convex side, follow the jawline with the heart-shaped side, drain from the cheek toward the ear, then the cheekbones. Finish with the forehead using the concave side. Repeat on each side of the face.
